Origin is a social wellness club located in Gemmayzeh, Beirut, Lebanon. Our offerings may include, without limitation:

- Group fitness classes
- Heated and non-heated classes
- Lagree classes
- Recovery facilities, including sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy, and pressotherapy
- Wellness-related experiences and workshops

Health & Medical Disclaimer

Our services may involve physical activity, heat exposure, cold exposure, compression, wellness practices, or recovery-based experiences. These may not be suitable for everyone.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for assessing your own physical condition
- You should seek medical advice before participating if you have any injury, illness, medical condition, pregnancy, cardiovascular concern, sensitivity to heat or cold, or any other health issue
- You will immediately stop participation if you feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms

Booking, Membership & Packages

Payments

Class sizes, wellness slots, and recovery bookings may be limited. Because of this:

- Late arrival may reduce your service time or result in denied entry if needed for safety, scheduling, or operational reasons
- Missed bookings or late cancellations may result in session forfeiture or applicable charges if communicated at the time of booking or purchase
- Where a booking policy is displayed during checkout, in a waiver, in a booking confirmation, or in-studio, that policy applies in addition to these Terms

Rules for Use of Facilities

When using our facilities, you agree to:
- Follow all instructions given by our team, coaches, therapists, or authorized staff
- Respect staff, guests, members, and the community environment
- Use equipment, recovery facilities, and communal spaces responsibly
- Maintain appropriate hygiene and attire
- Refrain from abusive, dangerous, disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior
- Refrain from attending while intoxicated or otherwise unfit to participate safely
- Refrain from recording others without consent where privacy is reasonably expected

We reserve the right to refuse entry, stop a session, remove a guest, suspend access, or terminate services where reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, operational reasons, or protection of our community.

Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your own belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Origin is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought to our premises, except where caused by our gross negligence or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that physical exercise and wellness or recovery activities involve risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, dehydration, slipping, falling, heat-related stress, cold-related stress, or other injury.
By participating, you voluntarily accept these inherent risks, except to the extent such risks arise directly from conduct for which liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Website Use

You agree not to:
